Somerset Equipment Sales, Inc a division of Somerset Capital Group has been made aware of a fraudulent website and associated online listings impersonating our organization. These entities are unlawfully using our company name, address, and other business details to mislead the public. Similar scam listings have appeared on Facebook Marketplace under unrelated or misleading seller names.

Please be advised:

• Somerset Equipment does sell equipment through select online platforms, including Facebook Marketplace and eBay. However, all legitimate listings can and should be verified directly through our official website or team.
• Our official websites are as follows: https://www.houstonforklifts.com, https://www.somersetequipmentsales.com & https://www.somersetcapital.com.  Any person, website, or listing claiming affiliation without clear verification may be fraudulent.

What you should do:

• Do not engage with, share personal information with, or send funds to any website or seller claiming to represent Somerset Capital unless you have verified the legitimacy of the listing.

• Report fraudulent websites or listings to the platform hosting them and notify our team immediately.
