Somerset GSE Finance is pleased to announce that we have established our short term rental program covering all GSE assets both new and used. Somerset now provides short term rentals (3 months and up) as well as long term leases (up to 84 months).
Somerset GSE has announced that they have closed a $1MM lease facility with Metro Flight Services. Metro Flight Services is a FBO located at Detroit Metro Airport providing cargo services to domestic and global airlines at Detroit Metro Airport. Equipment included JBT B-1200 pushback tractor, JBT C-30i Commander loader and assorted Clyde dollies. The transaction was 100% underwritten by Somerset Capital Group, Ltd, parent company of Somerset GSE Finance.
1/4/2012- Somerset GSE Finance has announced that they have established their UK based subsidiary- Somerset Equipment Finance UK Limited. This new subsidiary will expand Somerset’s geographic footprint across Europe. Somerset’s geographic reach now covers USA, Canada, most of Europe, Australia and parts of Asia.
Somerset GSE Finance is pleased to announce that Jerry Crump, formerly Director of Central Purchasing for Swissport USA has joined Somerset GSE. Mr. Crump will be responsible for establishing new relationships with ground handling companies and airlines. Mr. Crump brings 13 + years of GSE experience to Somerset GSE.
